The nova was discovered independently by Koichi Nishiyama, Kurume, Fukuoka-ken, Japan, and Fujio Kabashima, Miyaki-cho, Saga-ken, Japan, and Grzegorz Pojmanski, Dorota Szczygiel, and Bogumil Pilecki from Warsaw University Astronomical Observatory, Poland on Aug 6.494 UT, Aug 6.495 UT, and Aug 6.182 UT respectively. Astrometry and photometry was done with the original size image in PIXY System 2 by myself:
